Itch + Scratch is a theatre company made up of five creatives; writers, performers, directors, designers and musicians. Formed in 2015, we gave our audiences nights of new writing, games and thrills in sold out productions at Hackney Showroom, The Old Red Lion and Paines Plough Roundabout. After a short hiatus we are back and want to make work that is exciting, big and most importantly fun.
We create theatre that makes you want to cancel your Netflix subscription and bring your pals along.
We are thrilled to be an Associate Company of the National Youth Theatre, of whom we are all alumni. We are chuffed to have the chance to create theatre with the next generation of theatre-makers, all across the country.
Currently, we are working towards our new theatrical baby, Murder in Killville; an ensemble musical about a quiet suburb hiding some dark secrets. Stay tuned, and sleep with one eye open…
